Recombinant Anti-HER2 × Anti-FcγRIII Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) is composed of the Fab of the anti-HER2 monoclonal antibody and Fab of an antibody specific for FcγRIII. A linker is added between the two Fab. The bispecific antibody is somewhat smaller than a whole IgG, and therefore it clears from the blood naturally at a faster rate. This BsAb is capable of targeting the tumor and recruiting NK effector cells via binding to the FcγRIII of the NK cells. It was designed for the treatment of ovarian cancer and breast cancer.
