Recombinant Anti-IL-17A × Anti-IL-23 Bispecific Antibody (Tandem Diabody) (CAT#: TAND-L018)
Recombinant Anti-IL-17A × Anti-IL-23 Bispecific Antibody (Tandem Diabody) is a bispecific fusion protein with four binding sites, two of which bind to antigens of one kind of cells and the other two to the other kind of cells. Tandem Diabodies do not carry Fc domains. So they are smaller than whole IgGs or IgG-derived BsAbs but larger than tandem scFvs. Therefore, they have a shorter serum half-life than IgGs but remain longer in the circulation compared with tandem scFvs. This BsAb is capable of simultaneous blocking two cytokines and a combined blockade of them has a greater inhibitory efficacy compared with inhibition of either factor alone. It was designed for the treatment of autoimmune disorders, cancer and neoplastic diseases.
