Recombinant Anti-IgE × Anti-FcγRII Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) (CAT#: FAB-L054)
Recombinant Anti-IgE × Anti-FcγRII Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) is composed of the Fab of the anti-IgE monoclonal antibody and Fab of an antibody specific for FcγRII. A linker is added between the two Fab. The bispecific antibody is somewhat smaller than a whole IgG, and therefore it clears from the blood naturally at a faster rate. This BsAb can not only fail to trigger the release of histamine by IgE-sensitized cells,but also prevent specific antigen from triggering histamine release. It can be used in the treatment of allergic diseases.
