Recombinant Anti-MUC1 × Anti-CD2 Bispecific Antibody (Fab₂) is composed of the Fab of the anti-MUC1 monoclonal antibody and Fab of an antibody specific for CD2. A linker is added between the two Fab. The bispecific antibody is somewhat smaller than a whole IgG and therefore it clears from the blood naturally at a faster rate. This BsAb can retarget of T cells to tumor cells. It was designed for the treatment of bile duct carcinoma.
