Recombinant Anti-PD-1 × Anti-CTLA-4 Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) (CAT#: FAB-L002)
Recombinant Anti-PD-1 & Anti-CTLA-4 Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) is composed of the Fab of the anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody and Fab of an antibody specific for CTLA-4. A linker is added between the two Fab. The bispecific antibody is somewhat smaller than a whole IgG, and therefore it can be cleared from the blood naturally at a faster rate. The BsAb, using a combination immunotherapy, can treat hyperproliferative disease, such as cancer and alter adverse events related to treatment with such antibodies individually. It was designed for the treatment of immunological rejective reaction.
