Recombinant Anti-Thyroglobulin × Anti-TPO Bispecific Antibody (Tandem Diabody) is a bispecific fusion protein with four binding sites, two of which bind to antigens of one kind of cells and the other two to the other kind of cells. This BsAb binds to thyroglobulin as well as thyroid peroxidase, which blocks the synthesis of thyroid hormones. It was designed for the treatment of Autoimmune thyroid disease.
