Recombinant Anti-gp41 × Anti-FcγRI Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) is composed of the Fab of the anti-gp41 monoclonal antibody and Fab of an antibody specific for FcγRI. A linker is added between the two Fab. This BsAb can retarget of neutrophils to target cells. It was designed for the treatment of AIDS.
