HPSTI scaffold protein anti-Human Chymotrypsin

The HPSTI that bound Chymotrypsin was isolated from the library using Phage display; techonology. After affinity maturation, HPSTI variants were identified having affinities for Chymotrypsin as determined by biosensor technology. It's potential to be used in diagnostic, research and therapeutic applications.
