L27 domain scaffold protein anti-Human CASK (CAT#: SLT-L119)
The L27 domain that bound CASK was isolated from the library using Yeast Two-hybrid techonology. After affinity maturation, L27 domain variants were identified having affinities for CASK as determined by biosensor technology. It's potential to be used in diagnostic, research and therapeutic applications.
