PE-B7/Human IL2RG (KPSLPFTSL) MHC Tetramer (CAT#: MHC-LC1971)
This product is a tetramer of biotinylated peptide/MHC complex with streptavidin mainly composed of human IL2RG of peptide KPSLPFTSL covering 3-11 and B7 molecule. The pMHC tetramer recognizes CD8 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.

Mutations in this gene cause X-linked severe combined immunodeficiency (XSCID), as well as X-linked combined immunodeficiency (XCID), a less severe immunodeficiency disorder.
