PE-B7/Human SMS (SPYQNIKIL) MHC Tetramer
CAT#: MHC-LC1974
This product is a tetramer of biotinylated peptide/MHC complex with streptavidin mainly composed of human SMS of peptide SPYQNIKIL covering 145-153 and B7 molecule. The pMHC tetramer recognizes CD8 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.

- This gene encodes a protein belonging to the spermidine/spermin synthase family. Pseudogenes of this gene are located on chromosomes 1, 5, 6 and X. Mutations in this gene are associated with X-linked Snyder-Robinson mental retardation syndrome. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
