PE-Mamu-B*001:01/Human NCAPG (IDDVTIKI) MHC Tetramer (CAT#: MHC-LC4332)
This product is a tetramer of biotinylated peptide/MHC complex with streptavidin mainly composed of human NCAPG of peptide IDDVTIKI covering 52-59 and Mamu-B*001:01 molecule. The pMHC tetramer recognizes CD8 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.

- This gene encodes a subunit of the condensin complex, which is responsible for the condensation and stabilization of chromosomes during mitosis and meiosis. Phosphorylation of the encoded protein activates the condensin complex. There are pseudogenes for this gene on chromosomes 8 and 15. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
