PHD-finger scaffold protein anti-CtBP2 (CAT#: SPH-L177)
The PHD-finger that bound CtBP2 was isolated from the library using Rational design techonology. After affinity maturation, PHD-finger variants were identified having affinities for CtBP2 as determined by biosensor technology. It's potential to be used in diagnostic, research and therapeutic applications.
