The Src homology domain 2 (SH2) that bound phosphotyrosine (pY) was isolated from the library using Filter screening techonology. After affinity maturation, SH2 variants were identified having affinities (KD=1 nM) for phosphotyrosine (pY) as determined by biosensor technology. It's potential to be used in diagnostic, research and therapeutic applications.
