- Following antigen recognition via the TCR and co-stimulation, these cells undergo clonal expansion, downregulate CD62L, and upregulate activation markers like CD69, CD25, and CD44. They rapidly shift their metabolism to aerobic glycolysis to support proliferation and cytokine production.

- Store at 4°C for up to a week. For long-term storage, store at -20°C or below.
