6-Monoacetylmorphine (6-MAM) is an opioid known as one of three active metabolites of heroin; the others are morphine and 3-monoacetylmorphine, the latter being significantly less active. This product is the DrugMonitor™ Anti-6-Monoacetylmorphine Antibody (VS-0125-YC2142), specifically designed as an anti-drug antibody (ADA) that targets 6-Monoacetylmorphine. The ADA was raised in mice immunized with 6-Monoacetylmorphine (6-MAM) and is suitable for use in ELISA and lateral flow assays. This antibody may be employed in pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacodynamics (PD) analyses, or as a reference standard in ADA assays.
