Anti-ENPP3-mc-MMAF ADC

CAT#: ADC-105LCT

This ADC product is composed of an anti-ENPP3 antibody conjuagated via a Mc linker to MMAF (anti-ENPP3-mc-MMAF). It has demonstrated a response in Renal cell carcinoma treatment by a MOA (Mechanism of Action) of Depolymerize Microtubules.

Specifications

  • Antibody Overview
  • Fully Human IgG2k monoclonal Antibody Anti-ENPP3
  • Linker
  • Mc (maleimidocaproyl)
  • Linker Class/Description
  • Noncleavable linker is considered noncleavable-meaning linker cleavage, and payload release does not depend on the differential properties between the plasma and some cytoplasmic compartments. Instead, the release of the cytotoxic drug is postulated to occur after internalization of the ADC via antigen-mediated endocytosis and delivery to lysosomal compartment, where the antibody is degraded to the level of amino acids through intracellular proteolytic degradation.
  • Drug
  • MMAF (Monomethyl auristatin F)
  • Drug Class/Description
  • Auristatins are water-soluble dolastatin analogs of dolastatin 10. Dolastatin 10 belongs to dolastatin family and it can powerfully bind to tubulin, thus inhibiting polymerization mediated through the binding to the vinca alkaloid binding domain, and causes cell to accumulate in metaphase arrest.

Target

  • Introduction
  • The protein encoded by this gene belongs to a series of ectoenzymes that are involved in hydrolysis of extracellular nucleotides. These ectoenzymes possess ATPase and ATP pyrophosphatase activities and are type II transmembrane proteins. Expression of the related rat mRNA has been found in a subset of immature glial cells and in the alimentary tract. The corresponding rat protein has been detected in the pancreas, small intestine, colon, and liver. The human mRNA is expressed in glioma cells, prostate, and uterus. Expression of the human protein has been detected in uterus, basophils, and mast cells. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
