Aphidicolin, derived from the mold Cephalosporium aphidicola, is an agent that inhibits DNA polymerase alpha, affecting virus replication and cell division. This product is the DrugMonitor™ Anti-Aphidicolin Antibody (VS-0125-YC272), specifically designed as an anti-drug antibody (ADA) that targets Aphidicolin. The ADA was raised in rabbits immunized with Aphidicolin conjugated to BSA and is suitable for use in ELISA and lateral flow assays. This antibody may be employed in pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacodynamics (PD) analyses, or as a reference standard in ADA assays. Furthermore, as a drug-based antibody, it serves as an exemplary tool for therapeutic drug monitoring, facilitating the determination of Aphidicolin drug concentrations in various samples.
