Benzoylecgonine is the primary metabolite of cocaine, produced by liver metabolism and excreted in urine. It is commonly measured in urine drug tests for cocaine as well as in wastewater studies monitoring cocaine consumption. This product is the DrugMonitor™ Anti-Benzoylecgonine Antibody (VS-0125-YC2162), specifically designed as an anti-drug antibody (ADA) that targets Benzoylecgonine. The ADA was raised in mice immunized with Benzoylecgonine (BE) and is suitable for use in ELISA and lateral flow assays. This antibody may be employed in pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacodynamics (PD) analyses, or as a reference standard in ADA assays. Furthermore, as a drug-based antibody, it serves as an exemplary tool for therapeutic drug monitoring, facilitating the determination of Benzoylecgonine drug concentrations in various samples.
