Recombinant Anti-S. pneumoniae ply Biparatopic Antibody, Tandem scFv (Clone PLY-4 x Clone PLY-7) is a biparatopic antibody (bpAb) binding two distinct epitopes of S. pneumoniae Ply. This construct was designed as a tandem scFv. It features the PLY-4 scFv N-terminally fused to the PLY-7 scFv. PLY-4 recognizes a conformation-dependent epitope involving R232, whereas PLY-7 binds to the region comprising amino acids 401-407 (GQDLTAH).
