GH-releasing peptides (GHRPs) are synthetic peptides that mimic GHRH, stimulating growth hormone release from pituitary somatotrophs. GHRP1 is among several synthetic met-enkephalin analogs containing unnatural D-amino acids. This product is the DrugMonitor™ Anti-GHRP1 Antibody (VS-0125-YC1055), specifically designed as an anti-drug antibody (ADA) that targets GHRP1. The ADA was raised in rabbits immunized with Growth hormone-releasing peptide 1 conjugated to BSA and is suitable for use in ELISA and lateral flow assays. This antibody may be employed in pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacodynamics (PD) analyses, or as a reference standard in ADA assays.
