Ketamine, classified as a dissociative anesthetic, is utilized in medical settings for the induction and maintenance of anesthesia and is also effective in treating depression and managing pain. Its psychoactive effects are mainly due to its action as an NMDA receptor antagonist. This product is the DrugMonitor™ Anti-Ketamine Antibody (VS-0125-YC2140), specifically designed as an anti-drug antibody (ADA) that targets Ketamine. The ADA was raised in mice immunized with Ketamine and is suitable for use in ELISA and lateral flow assays. This antibody may be employed in pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacodynamics (PD) analyses, or as a reference standard in ADA assays. Furthermore, as a drug-based antibody, it serves as an exemplary tool for therapeutic drug monitoring, facilitating the determination of Ketamine drug concentrations in various samples.
