The Recombinant Anti-KOD DNA polymerase (AA 134-150 x AA 385-423) Biparatopic Antibody, Tandem scFv (Clone βG1 x Clone 3G8) functions as a biparatopic antibody (bpAb) by binding two unique KOD DNA polymerase epitopes. Its tandem scFv format combines the βG1 scFv (targeting amino acids 134-150 of KOD DNA polymerase) with an N-terminal fusion to the 3G8 scFv (recognizing amino acids 385-423 of KOD DNA polymerase).
