AbPlus™ Anti-KRT17 Magnetic Beads (10A1)

The AbPlus Anti-KRT17 Magnetic Beads (10A1) is an innovative affinity resin which is bound with anti-KRT17 specific antibody (10A1). The beads were designed for small-scale affinity purification and immunoprecipitation (IP) of KRT17 protein under native and denaturing conditions.

- This gene encodes the type I intermediate filament chain keratin 17, expressed in nail bed, hair follicle, sebaceous glands, and other epidermal appendages. Mutations in this gene lead to Jackson-Lawler type pachyonychia congenita and steatocystoma multiplex.
