Exosomes from mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) carry cytokines and growth factors, such as TGFB1, IL-6, IL-10, and hepatocyte growth factor (HGF), all of which have immunomodulatory properties. The DrugMonitor™ Anti-MSC-Exos Antibody (VS-1224-YC1991) is an anti-drug antibody (ADA) against MSC-Exos. This drug-based antibody is raised in mice immunized with the Stem-cell derived exosome vesicle products. The anti-MSC-Exos antibody may be used in ELISA, pharmacokinetics (PK), and pharmacodynamics (PD) analyses, or serves as a reference standard in ADA assays. It also is an excellent tool for therapeutic drug monitoring, allowing to evaluate the drug efficacy and determine the drug concentration of the MSC-Exos in samples.
