The Recombinant Anti-NHBA (AA 73-82 x AA 243-274) Biparatopic Antibody, Tandem scFv (Clone 12E1 x Clone 10C3) is a biparatopic antibody (bpAb) designed for dual binding to distinct epitopes of NHBA. Its tandem scFv structure incorporates the 12E1 scFv (targeting amino acids 73-82, AAVSEENTGN) N-terminally fused to the 10C3 scFv (specific for amino acids 243-274, KSEFEKLSDADKISNYKKDGKNDGKNDKFVGL).
