Reliable For Malaria Research
Finding good antibodies for Plasmodium targets can be hit or miss, but this one is a hit. We used it for pull-down assays to isolate the CRT complex. The high affinity mentioned in the datasheet was evident in our results. It is a robust tool for investigating drug resistance transporters.
Excellent ELISA Sensitivity
We applied this human monoclonal antibody in an ELISA to detect PfCRT. It performed very well with high sensitivity. The recombinant production seems to ensure batch consistency, which is a huge plus for our ongoing screening projects. The product arrived quickly and was easy to use.
