Recombinant Anti-PvDBP Biparatopic Antibody, Tandem scFv

This biparatopic antibody (bpAb) binds two distinct epitopes on PvDBP. Designed with tandem scFv arms, it simultaneously binds with high affinity to an epitope located on the distinct helical face of SD3 and another epitope within residues 413-441, positioned at the tail end of the helical bundle.
