Anti-S. aureus α-toxin (clone DF2) Recombinant Antibody Coupled Liposome (VS-1024-FY262) (CAT#: VS-1024-FY262)

ISMN immunoliposomes are stable, negatively charged lipids. They are a type of immunoliposome loaded with isosorbide mononitrate (ISMN) and targeted against Staphylococcus aureus alpha-toxin, aimed at addressing Staphylococcus aureus biofilms and investigating their anti-biofilm effects. Experimental results demonstrate that ISMN immunoliposomes significantly inhibit Staphylococcus aureus biofilms more effectively than regular ISMN liposomes and free ISMN.
