Sirna-027 is a chemically modified short interfering RNA (siRNA) targeting the Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor-1 (VEGFR-1), under Phase I trials for macular degeneration treatment. This product is the DrugMonitor™ Anti-Sirna-027 Antibody (VS-0125-YC1737), specifically designed as an anti-drug antibody (ADA) that targets Sirna-027.
