DrugMonitor™ Anti-Thyroglobulin Antibody (VS-1224-YC1192) (CAT#: VS-1224-YC1192)
Thyroglobulin is an enzyme thyroid hormone used by the thyroid gland to produce thyroxine (T4) and triiodothyronine (T3), and it is utilized to treat hypothyroidism. The DrugMonitor™ Anti-Thyroglobulin Antibody (VS-1224-YC1192) is an anti-drug antibody (ADA) against Thyroglobulin. This drug-based antibody is raised in mice immunized with the Thyroglobulin. The anti-Thyroglobulin antibody may be used in ELISA, pharmacokinetics (PK), and pharmacodynamics (PD) analyses, or serves as a reference standard in ADA assays. It also is an excellent tool for therapeutic drug monitoring, allowing to evaluate the drug efficacy and determine the drug concentration of the Thyroglobulin in samples.
