Lipid vesicles bound with anti-TIMP4 antibodies hold potential in the treatment of gliomas. This lipid vesicle system can selectively deliver drugs to cancer cells that express specific antigens through the specific recognition of the antibodies, thereby enhancing the effectiveness and safety of the drugs. The antibody-conjugated lipid vesicles can effectively penetrate the blood-brain barrier and specifically target tumor cells, providing a novel approach for targeted therapy of gliomas.
