Vintafolide combines folate with a vinca alkaloid for targeting folate-receptor positive cancers. This product is the DrugMonitor™ Anti-Vintafolide Antibody (VS-0125-YC2037), specifically designed as an anti-drug antibody (ADA) that targets Vintafolide. The ADA was raised in rabbits immunized with Vintafolide conjugated to BSA and is suitable for use in ELISA and lateral flow assays. This antibody may be employed in pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacodynamics (PD) analyses, or as a reference standard in ADA assays.
