Xamoterol, a β1-adrenoceptor partial agonist, has demonstrated improvements in both systolic and diastolic functions in heart failure patients. The DrugMonitor™ Anti-Xamoterol Antibody, an ADA against Xamoterol, is developed from mAbs in rabbits immunized with Xamoterol. This antibody can be employed in ELISA, PK, and PD analyses, or as a reference standard in ADA assays. It is a highly effective tool for monitoring, enabling the determination of Xamoterol levels and assessment of its therapeutic efficacy.
