Zalypsis has shown promise in treating lymphomas and various solid tumors. This product is the DrugMonitor™ Anti-Zalypsis Antibody (VS-0125-YC2061), specifically designed as an anti-drug antibody (ADA) that targets Zalypsis. The ADA was raised in rabbits immunized with Zalypsis conjugated to BSA and is suitable for use in ELISA and lateral flow assays. This antibody may be employed in pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacodynamics (PD) analyses, or as a reference standard in ADA assays. Furthermore, as a drug-based antibody, it serves as an exemplary tool for therapeutic drug monitoring, facilitating the determination of Zalypsis drug concentrations in various samples.
