The AbPlus Anti-ZBTB16 Magnetic Beads (D309) is an innovative affinity resin which is bound with anti-ZBTB16 specific antibody (D309). The beads were designed for small-scale affinity purification and immunoprecipitation (IP) of ZBTB16 protein under native and denaturing conditions.

- The beads are in suspension and will settle upon storage. Prior to use, mix the vial gently (do not vortex) to ensure delivery of proper bead volume.

- Probable transcription factor. May play a role in myeloid maturation and in the development and/or maintenance of other differentiated tissues. Probable substrate-recognition component of an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex which mediates the ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of target proteins.
