Zosuquidar, under phase 3 trials, inhibits P-glycoprotein for cancer therapy enhancement. This product is the DrugMonitor™ Anti-Zosuquidar Antibody (VS-0125-YC2076), specifically designed as an anti-drug antibody (ADA) that targets Zosuquidar. The ADA was raised in rabbits immunized with Zosuquidar conjugated to BSA and is suitable for use in ELISA and lateral flow assays. This antibody may be employed in pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacodynamics (PD) analyses, or as a reference standard in ADA assays. Furthermore, as a drug-based antibody, it serves as an exemplary tool for therapeutic drug monitoring, facilitating the determination of Zosuquidar drug concentrations in various samples.
