Deglycosylation Enzyme B (Hydrolyzes Core 1 Mucin-Type O-glycans) (CAT#: VS-0724-CJ17)
This product is an O-glycan-specific protease that hydrolyzes core 1 mucin-type O-glycans. It is recommended to incubate the samples at 37 °C for 2-18 hours. It can not digest glycoproteins with only N-linked glycans. This protease was cloned from A. muciniphila and produced in E. coli with His-tag for easy purification.
