Deglycosylation Enzyme C (Hydrolyzes Core 1 O-glycans) (CAT#: VS-0724-CJ18)
The enzyme is a protease that hydrolyzes core 1 O-glycans. It is recommended to incubate the samples at 37 °C for 2-4 hours after the removal of sialic acids. This protease was cloned from S. oralis and produced in E. coli with His-tag for easy purification.
