Deglycosylation Enzyme E (Hydrolyzes Fucose) (CAT#: VS-0724-CJ20)
This product consists of α-fucosidases. It hydrolyzes α1-2, α1-3 and α1-4-linked fucose, but can not digest α1-6-linked fucose. It is recommended to incubate the samples at 37 °C for 1-2 hours. This product is produced in E. coli with His-tag for easy purification.
