Deglycosylation Enzyme N (Hydrolyzes GalNAc)

This product is an α-N-acetylgalactosaminidase that hydrolyzes α-N-acetylgalactosamine (GalNAc) linked to serine (Ser, S) or threonine (Thr,T) residues on glycoproteins (Tn antigen). The enzyme also hydrolyzes α1-3-linked terminal GalNAc. It is recommended to incubate the samples for 2-18 hours. Deglycosylation enzyme N was cloned from A. muciniphila and produced in E. coli with His-tag for easy purification.
