- Human T Effector Memory Cell (TEM): A memory subset that lacks lymph node homing receptors (CCR7⁻) and circulates through the blood and non-lymphoid tissues. They possess immediate effector functions (cytokine production/cytotoxicity) but have lower proliferative capacity than TCM.
- Storage
- Store at 4°C for up to a week. For long-term storage, store at -20°C or below.
