Endoglycosidase S (CAT#: VS-0724-CJ24)
Endoglycosidase S is an IgG-specific endoglycosidase reacting with IgG of human, mouse, rat, monkey, rabbit, sheep, goat, cow, horse. It cleaves β-1,4-linked GlcNAc residues on complex Fc-glycoforms. It preferentially hydrolyzes complex oligosaccharides and does not cleave asparagine-linked (N-linked) hybrid or high mannose oligosaccharides. It is recommended to incubate the samples at 37 °C for 30 minutes. Endoglycosidase S was cloned from S. pyogenes and produced in E. coli.
