Useful Qa-1b Qdm Tetramer
This FITC-labeled Qa-1b tetramer loaded with the Qdm peptide AMAPRTLLL was crucial for our NK cell receptor studies. We were able to detect CD94/NKG2A expressing cells that recognize this non-classical MHC molecule.
Reliable Non-Classical MHC Tool
We used this reagent to investigate the interaction between Qa-1b and its receptors. The tetramer was stable and provided clear staining in our flow cytometry experiments, helping us understand the regulation of NK and T cell activity.
