Recombinant Human Anti-CAMEL Soluble TCR (2/54) (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF60)
Human TCR (2/54) recognizes CAMEL peptide (aa 19-27 (AAQERRVPR)) in the context of HLA-DR. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Human soluble TCR (2/54). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
