Recombinant Human Anti-CMV pp65 Soluble TCR (C25) (C-Cys) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF3043)
Human TCR (C25) recognizes CMV pp65 peptide (NLVPMVATV) in the context of HLA-A2. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
