Recombinant Human Anti-Dock7 Soluble TCR (GH4) (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF1137)
Human TCR (GH4) recognizes Dock7 peptide (FLNDLLSVM) in the context of HLA-DRB5. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Human soluble TCR (GH4). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
