Recombinant Human Anti-GOLGA3 Soluble TCR (BE4) (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF1154)
Human TCR (BE4) recognizes GOLGA3 peptide (SLDPTTSPV) in the context of HLA-A*02:01. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant Human soluble TCR (BE4). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
