Human TCR (HIV-B57-TW10) recognizes HIV-1 gag peptide (TSTLQEQIGW) in the context of HLA-B57. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
