Recombinant Human Anti-MAGE-A12 Soluble TCR (502) (C-Cys) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF2882)
Human TCR (502) recognizes MAGE-A12 peptide (aa 170-178) in the context of HLA-C*07. Soluble TCR is expressed with C-terminal Cys strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-Cys, TRBV-TRBC partial-Cys). Depending the C-terminal Cys, two chains form heterodimer. Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
